Customer Success

Your account book fills itself from your customer threads

Customer success (CS) that runs from your inbox: every email with a customer keeps their account current — health, renewal date, and last touch, read from the conversation you are already having. When an account goes quiet, Airo shows it to you before the renewal does.

How it works

A pipeline that maintains itself

One row per account, not per person

The book builds itself from the threads you already have.

  • Every customer you email becomes a company on the board — no import, no manual entry
  • The champion, the billing contact, and the new admin all collapse into the same account row
  • MRR, tier, and the primary contact fill in from the conversation as it develops

Health that follows the relationship

Onboarding, Active, At risk, Renewal — moved by what was said.

  • A new customer lands in Onboarding and advances to Active once they are up and running
  • Raise a concern, go quiet, or hint at churn in the thread and Airo moves the account to At risk
  • When contract terms come up it steps into Renewal, then closes itself Renewed or Churned from the outcome

Renewal dates before they surprise you

The date and the number, pulled from the conversation.

  • Renewal date is surfaced from the thread and sits on every account, not buried in a calendar
  • MRR and tier — enterprise, mid-market, or SMB — read from the account so you can work the book by value
  • Sort by what renews next and walk the list top to bottom with the whole history one click away

Catch the account that has gone quiet

Silence is the churn signal — Airo makes it visible.

  • Last touch is kept current from every reply, so a stalled account stops hiding
  • Sort by who you have not heard from and see the risk before the renewal date arrives
  • A high-MRR account slipping toward At risk is the first thing you see, not a quarter-end surprise

The check-in is already drafted

Airo writes it; the send stays yours.

  • When an account cools off, Airo surfaces it and drafts the next touch in context
  • Their reply lands back on the account and refreshes last touch on its own
  • You approve and send from the inbox you already live in

Where: In your inbox

A quiet account is the one about to churn — and it never shows up on a dashboard. Airo puts it in front of you before the renewal date does.

Common questions

Does it need access to my inbox?

Yes — that is the whole trick. Airo reads the threads you already have with customers and turns them into accounts, health stages, and renewal dates. It connects to Gmail or Google Workspace with OAuth, and you can scope or disconnect it whenever you want.

Why not just a spreadsheet or Gainsight?

A spreadsheet is only ever as current as your last hour of data entry, and it never tells you an account has gone quiet. Gainsight tells you plenty — after a heavy rollout, integrations, and a team to feed it. Airo sits in the middle: the account book, health, and renewal dates all come from the email you are already sending, so it is populated on day one and stays current without anyone updating it.

How does Airo know an account is at risk?

From the conversation. Reduced usage, a raised concern, or a thread that has gone silent moves the account to At risk, and last touch keeps ticking so a stalled relationship surfaces before the renewal date instead of after it.

Does Airo email customers automatically?

No. Airo drafts check-ins and flags accounts that have stalled, but every message is sent by you, from your own inbox.
