Hiring

The applicant tracker that fills itself from your inbox

Email a candidate and they enter the pipeline. When they reply, the stage moves from Screen to Interview to Offer on its own. Airo Hiring keeps every open role current from the recruiting threads already in your inbox — a lightweight applicant tracking system (ATS) with no forms, no copy-paste, and no separate system to feed.

It fills itself from your email

Built for recruiters, founders, and hiring managers running a search. Send an email and a card appears; they reply and the stage advances — no data entry, no separate system to feed.

How it works

A pipeline that maintains itself

The pipeline builds itself from your recruiting threads

Every candidate you email becomes a card. Nobody re-types a name.

  • Reach out to a candidate and a card appears with their name and email filled in
  • Applications, referrals, and sourcing replies land on the right candidate automatically
  • Each candidate is their own row, so one thread never buries another

A reply moves the candidate forward

Sourced, Applied, Screen, Interview, Offer, Hired — read from the conversation.

  • Book a screening call and the candidate advances to Screen
  • Confirm an interview and they move to Interview; extend an offer and they move to Offer
  • Hired and Rejected close the row out, so your board is who is actually live

Comp, role, and position captured from the conversation

The details you already discussed over email, filled in for you.

  • Target comp is picked up when numbers come up in the thread
  • Candidates are sorted by role — engineering, design, GTM, or operations
  • Position and location fill in from the outreach, ready to filter and compare

Never drop a candidate mid-process

Know who is waiting on you, and who you are waiting on.

  • Last touch and next step sit on every candidate so nobody goes quiet by accident
  • Get nudged when a strong candidate has gone cold
  • Airo drafts the follow-up; you read it and send

Keep the hiring team on the same board

One shared pipeline instead of a status-update meeting.

  • Every role syncs to a live Google Sheet the whole panel can open
  • Hiring managers and interviewers see the same stages you do
  • No reconciling three trackers before a debrief
I used to lose good candidates in my inbox between the screen and the onsite. Now the board tells me who is waiting on me before they go cold.

Common questions

Does it need my inbox?

Yes — that is the whole idea. Airo Hiring reads the recruiting threads in your connected Gmail or Google Workspace inbox and builds the pipeline from them, so the tracker stays current without you copying anything into it. Connect the inbox and your candidates are already there.

How is this different from Greenhouse or Lever?

Greenhouse and Lever are heavy systems built for large recruiting teams, and they only know what someone types into them. Airo Hiring is the opposite: it fills itself from the emails you are already sending, so a solo founder or a small team gets a live pipeline without the setup, the seat cost, or the manual data entry. It is a tracker that keeps itself up to date, not a database you feed.

Does Airo email candidates automatically?

No. Airo drafts outreach and follow-ups and tells you when a candidate has gone cold, but you review and send every message yourself. Nothing goes out on its own.

Can I run several open roles at once?

Yes. Run a pipeline per role, each one populated from the candidate threads tied to it, and filter by role — engineering, design, GTM, or operations — within a search.
