Partnerships

Your partner pipeline is already in your outbox

Email a prospective partner and a card lands on the board. They reply, you scope the integration, terms get floated — and the stage moves from Prospect to Live without you touching a field. Airo reads the thread so business development (BD) never becomes a data-entry job.

Built for business development and partnerships teams. Send an email and a card appears; they reply and the stage advances — no data entry, no separate system to feed.

How it works

A pipeline that maintains itself

Reach out, get a partner card

The card is created the moment you hit send.

  • Email a new partner and Airo opens a row on the board — company, contact, and source filled in
  • The whole thread lives on the card, so the last reply is always one click away
  • No forms, no logging intros, no "did I add them yet?"

One row per partner, not per person

Airo keys the pipeline on the company, so the org stays whole.

  • The champion, their legal contact, and the exec sponsor all collapse into a single partner row
  • Every thread with anyone at the org attaches to that one card
  • You track the partnership, not a scatter of half-duplicated contacts

Stages that follow the conversation

Prospect, Contacted, Exploring, Negotiating, Agreement — moved by what was said.

  • They reply and the partner advances to Contacted; you start scoping and it moves to Exploring
  • Terms and deal structure land in the thread and Airo pushes it to Negotiating
  • Live and Passed close themselves out from the actual outcome, not a reminder to yourself

Type and deal value, read from the thread

The grid stays current because Airo keeps it current.

  • Airo tags each partner tech, channel, co-marketing, or strategic from the conversation
  • The opportunity and deal value get pulled out of the emails as the terms take shape
  • Last touch reads straight from the thread, so you can sort by who has gone quiet

Where: In the grid

The check-in is already drafted

BD cycles are slow — Airo remembers so you do not have to.

  • When a promising partner goes cold, Airo surfaces it and drafts the next touch in context
  • Replies land back on the card and refresh last touch on their own
  • You approve and send from the inbox you already live in

Where: In your inbox

BD lives in a hundred threads across a dozen people at every partner. Airo rolls each org into one row and moves it as the deal talks itself forward.

Common questions

Does it need access to my inbox?

Yes — that is the whole trick. Airo reads the outreach you send and the replies you get, and turns them into partner cards and stage changes. It connects to Gmail or Google Workspace with OAuth, and you can scope or disconnect it whenever you want.

Why not just a general CRM or a spreadsheet?

A spreadsheet or a general CRM bent to BD gives you an empty grid and a logging job — and BD threads sprawl across a dozen people at one partner. Airo starts from the email you are already sending, keeps one row per partner org, and moves the stage from the conversation, so the pipeline is populated and current before you log a single thing.

Several partners have multiple people on the thread — does that make duplicate rows?

No. The pipeline is keyed on the partner company, so every contact at one org rolls up to a single card. You see the partnership as one relationship, not a pile of near-duplicate people.

Does Airo email partners on my behalf?

No. Airo drafts follow-ups and flags partners that have stalled, but every send is your call from your own inbox.
