Your pipeline is already in your outbox
Send a cold email and a deal card appears. They reply, book a demo, ask for pricing — and the stage moves from Lead to Won without you touching a field. Airo reads the thread so you never hand-update a customer relationship management (CRM) tool again.
It fills itself from your email
Built for founders, SDRs, and AEs running their own cold outbound. Send an email and a card appears; they reply and the stage advances — no data entry, no separate system to feed.
A pipeline that maintains itself
Send outbound, get a deal
The card is created the moment you hit send.
- Email a new prospect and Airo opens a deal on the board — company, contact, and source filled in
- The whole thread lives on the card, so the last reply is always one click away
- No forms, no logging calls, no "did I add them yet?"

Stages that follow the conversation
Lead, Contacted, Replied, Demo, Proposal — moved by what was said.
- They reply and the deal advances to Contacted; a demo gets floated and it moves to Replied
- Pricing or a contract lands in the thread and Airo pushes it to Proposal
- Won and Lost close themselves out from the actual outcome, not a reminder to yourself

Every field, derived not typed
The grid stays current because Airo keeps it current.
- Last touch, next step, and expected close read straight from the emails
- Deal value and lead source get pulled out of the conversation as it develops
- Sort by who has gone quiet and work the list top to bottom

Know your ICP from your noise
Segments applied automatically as replies come in.
- Airo tags each deal ICP, expansion, or SMB from the account and the thread
- Filter the board to the segment you actually want to spend the day on
- Tire-kickers get flagged so they never clog your Proposal column

The follow-up is already drafted
Airo writes it; the send stays yours.
- When a deal goes cold, Airo surfaces it and drafts the next touch in context
- Replies land back on the card and refresh last touch on their own
- You approve and send from the inbox you already live in
Where: In your inbox
Every other CRM waits for you to keep it up to date. This one reads the thread and does it for you.
Common questions
Does it need access to my inbox?
Yes — that is the whole trick. Airo reads the outbound you send and the replies you get, and turns them into deals and stage changes. It connects to Gmail or Google Workspace with OAuth, and you can scope or disconnect it whenever you want.
How is this different from Salesforce or HubSpot?
Those give you an empty database and a data-entry job. Airo starts from the email you are already sending, so the pipeline is populated before you log a single thing — and it stays current because the conversation, not you, moves the stage.
Does Airo send emails on my behalf?
No. Airo drafts follow-ups and flags deals that have stalled, but every send is your call from your own inbox.
Do I have to import my contacts first?
No import step. New deals appear as you reach out, and Airo can backfill existing threads so your live outbound shows up as a working pipeline from day one.
